D1:8 Ministries is a partner of Nehemiah Gateway USA, Inc. which is a not-for-profit organization according to section 501(c)(3) of the federal IRS tax code. Gifts are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law and contributions are solicited with the understanding that Nehemiah Gateway USA, Inc. has authorization for the distribution of all donated funds. Donations to N.G. USA programs represent a contribution to the entire global mission of N.G. USA and may be used where most needed.
Acts 11:23-24 says, “When he (Barnabas)arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he exhorted them all to remain faithful to the Lord with steadfast purpose. He was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a great number of people were brought to the Lord.” Barnabas is an example of a generous spirit when it comes to giving sacrificially to the work of the Lord. We named this area of funding the “Barnabas Fund” because we not only want to uplift the children we serve through biblical teaching and encouragement, but also through tangible gifts of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a significant number of people were brought to the Lord through generosity
As a ministry dedicated to the well-being of young people in every aspect, we cannot ignore their physical needs either. Often, the young people(and leaders) who attend our programs come from impoverished families and haveobvious physical needs that we could meet if we had the resources.
